To help you keep your account details up to date we have grouped together important account information which you can easily access at any time. Here you can check the date your account was set up, your login ID details, whether your TFN has been supplied and your contact information.
To check your account details just follow these steps:
STEP 1: Select your account from the search bar on the Home Page [1]
[1] You can always return to your Home Page by clicking on the HUB24 Logo on the top left hand side of every screen.
STEP 2: Hover over the Account menu button then under the Details section select Account Details
Here you’ll find the following information relating to your HUB24 Portfolio Service account:
- Account Information
- Client logins
- Account Owner Details
- Other accounts in group
- Contact details
You can even update your contact details by clicking on the ‘Edit’ button.
Enter your new contact details and then just click ‘Save’. You’ll then receive an email confirmation letting you know your changes have been updated successfully.
