How to reset your clients’ InvestorHUB password

If you’re the primary adviser on an account, you can easily reissue your clients’ InvestorHUB password via AdviserHUB.

To reset your clients’ InvestorHUB passwords just follow these simple steps:

To search by Account:

Step 1: From the Main Menu at the top of the screen select Accounts > Manage Investor Access.

Step 2: Select ‘Account’ in the Search Type dropdown box.

Step 3: Enter the Account Name or Account Code then select the SEARCH button. The list of your search results will then appear within the Search Results table.

Step 4: Simply select the account and you will then see a list of the users linked to that account under the Existing Linked Investors table below.

Step 5: To reset a client’s password click on the Reset Password button.

 

To search by Investor User:

Step 1: From the Main Menu at the top of the screen select Accounts > Manage Investor Access.

Step 2: Select ‘Investor User’ in the Search Type dropdown box.

Step 3: Enter the Investor User Name or Investor Login Id then select the SEARCH button. The list of your search results will then appear within the Search Results table.

Step 4: To reset a client’s password click on the Reset Password button.

An email will then be sent to your client containing their new password details.
